Jammu and Kashmir a disputed garden on Earth. Geographically Jammu and Kashmir has been divided into three divisions ie Jammu division, Kashmir division and Ladakh division. After the repealed of special status of J&K ie ARTICLE 370 these divisions gets merged into union territories. Homo sapiens which lived in this disputed garden lost brain immunity day by day. Jammu and Kashmir was a region formerly administered by India as a state from 1954 to 2019, constituting the southern and southeastern portion of the larger Kashmir region, which has been the subject of a dispute between India, Pakistan and China. The Aksai Chin region in the east, bordering Tibet, has been under Chinese control since 1962.
After the Government of India repealed the special status accorded to Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370 of the Indian constitution in 2019, the Parliament of India passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, which contained provisions that dissolved the state and reorganised it into two union territories – Jammu and Kashmir in the west and Ladakh in the east, with effect from 31 October 2019.At the time of its dissolution, Jammu and Kashmir was the only state in India with a Muslim-majority population.
Jammu and Kashmir is an important tourist destination and has been a place of attraction for tourists since centuries. The lush green forests, sweet springs, perennial rivers, picturesque alpine scenery and pleasant climate of Kashmir valley the paradise on earth has remained an internationally acclaimed tourist destination, whereas Jammu region-the land of temples is attracting a large number of pilgrim tourists and the important destination has been the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine. Ladakh region-the moon land has been a much sought-after destination especially for the foreign tourists and is famous for adventure tourism. Every region of this disputed garden have its own fragrance . Different religion beliefs, different culture, different festivals, but a common thing which revolved since 1954 i.e. tension and anxiety. Younger generation of this disputed territory lost immunity of central nervous system which is a big concern for future.
Nowadays a conflict gets arise between two Nations ie super power China and India which is also called new BAHRAT.
AKSAI CHIN dispute right now at its peak. The word Aksai to be a word of Turkic origin with the meaning “white stone desert “ while as Chin is a Chinese word which means ‘dispute’Sovereignty over two relatively large and several smaller separated pieces of territory has been contested between China and India. Aksai Chin is located either in the Indian union territory of Ladakh or the Chinese autonomous region of Xinjiang. It is a virtually uninhabited high-altitude wasteland crossed by the Xinjiang-Tibet Highway. The other disputed territory lies south of the McMahon Line. It was formerly referred to as the North East Frontier Agency, and is now called Arunachal Pradesh. The McMahon Line was part of the 1914 Simla Convention between British India and Tibet, without the agreement of China. The desolation of Aksai Chin meant that it had no significant human importance other than ancient trade routes crossing it, providing brief passage during summer for caravans of yaks from Xinjiang and Tibet. One of the earliest treaties regarding the boundaries in the western sector was issued in 1842. The Sikh Empire of the Punjab region had annexed Ladakh into the state of Jammu in 1834. In 1841, they invaded Tibet with an army. Chinese forces defeated the Sikh army and in turn entered Ladakh and besieged Leh. After being checked by the Sikh forces, the Chinese and the Sikhs signed a treaty in September 1842, which stipulated no transgressions or interference in the other country’s frontiers. The British defeat of the Sikhs in 1846 resulted in transfer of sovereignty over Ladakh to the British, and British commissioners attempted to meet with Chinese officials to discuss the border they now shared. However, both sides were sufficiently satisfied that a traditional border was recognised and defined by natural elements, and the border was not demarcated. The boundaries at the two extremities, Pangong Lake and Karakoram Pass, were reasonably well-defined, but the Aksai Chin area in between lay largely undefined.
Kashmir is currently divided between three countries: India, Pakistan and China. India controls the largest portion which until now has been known as Jammu and Kashmir territory, while Pakistan has jurisdiction over two areas called Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. China controls a territory called Aksai Chin to the east, although India has long claimed this area as well. Several wars have broken out between India and Pakistan over Kashmir. Since 1972, a 460-mile-long Line of Control has functioned as an unofficial border between the countries in the area. A cease-fire agreement has remained in place since 2003. Still, clashes along this border have persisted by which hundreds of civilians lost their lives. It means every country ruin the life of this precious garden, they pluck the flowers not only the flowers they demolish the life seed from our valley. The constitution, laws , fundamental rights is just a paper work in Kashmir , ground reality is something different.
Globally everyone is busy to fight with covid19 ,but China have some other plans they wants to demolish the primitive map of boarders and wants to make a new map where they show the dominance of dwarf Homo sapiens on tall Homo sapiens in Jammu and Kashmir. In this pandemic era only this disputed garden is much worried, not with covid19 but with so many issues. The issues like, domicile law, new employment law, new governance, breaking chain of education, and mostly the religion beliefs. Jammu, Kashmir ,Ladakh when these three divisions gets unite they make Jammu and Kashmir . Everyone wants to demolish the geography of Jammu and Kashmir without the Will of people’s. Everyone talks about the beauty of J&K, its resources ,its land no one mentions the human life which make this garden beautiful. Right now China starts to cut the international barriers, if China got success to capture some part of our division, that day is not for away where we can see the new flags and another dominant ruler.
UNITED NATION a supreme authority needs to take a serious step to resolve the dispute between India , Pakistan and China . In Jammu and Kashmir flowers gets marinated before they blossom, stylish houses are there but without humans, mother’s are there but without Children, crowd are there but in a grave yard. A common scenario is everywhere i.e.Empty chair, empty room, empty space in every family picture. Empty, vacant, forever gone for this lifetime. Empty spaces that should be full, everywhere we go. There is and will always be a missing space in our lives, our families, and a forever-hole-in-our-hearts. Time does not make the space less empty. Neither do platitudes, cliches or well-wishes for us to “move on,” or “stop dwelling,” from well intentioned friends or family. Nothing does. No matter how you look at it, empty is still empty. Missing is still missing. Gone is still gone. The problem is nothing can fill it. Minute after minute, hour after hour, day after day, month after month, year after heartbreaking year the empty space remains. The empty space of our missing child(ren) lasts a lifetime. And so we rightfully miss them forever. Help us by holding the space of that truth for us.
Solve the problem through dialogue not by war, save humanity ,save precious lives, save our garden ,save our flowers ,save our seeds ,save our fragrance.
