Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum Baramulla hold an important video conference, Mr Mohd Rafique Rather Senior Trade Union Leader was special invitee who presided the meeting. Besides, Mr Gh Ahmad Mir District President JKTF Baramulla, Mr Ishfaq Ahmad, Mr Bhat Altaf Hussain, Mr Manzoor Ahmad, Mr Nazir Ahmad Magray, Mr Khalid Bashir, Mr Manzoor Ahmad,Mr Iqbal Ahmad, Mr Fida Hussain, Mr Tahir Ahmad, Mr Mushtaq Ahmad participated in the said meeting. Various issues pertaining to teaching fraternity were discussed thoroughly. While speaking Mr Mohd Rafique Rather highlighted the role & contribution of Teachers Forum by pleading the genuine issues of Teaching Community. Pertinently on the recommendations of various representatives Mr Rather lashed out on the issue of untimely introduction of JKPaySys, due to which salaries of the employees are delayed. He said that due to current pandemic situation & availability of low speed internet things should have been eased rather than making hardships. He urged administration to come up with an old system for a certain period of crises.Mr Rather laid emphasis on values of compassion, charity & sacrifice & appealed Zonal Presidents to make their contribution towards society in these challenging times. Meanwhile, District President Mr Gh Ahmad Mir expressed serious concern over the Time bond promotion files of erstwhile SSA Teachers who have suffered alot & urged Chief Education Officer Baramulla to begin the process without any further delay. He however, urged District administration to provide proper protective kits to all those officials who are working as sector magistrates including BLO's of the District. In the end Mr Ishfaq Ahmad Shah Forum's General Secretary hailed the initiative of Virtual classes adopted and implemented by Teachers of District Baramulla, he appealed parents to ensure access to their wards so that they could take advantage of these classes, the meeting was then concluded.
